International Support Coordinator

Provide operational support and coordinate outsourced services to clients in International Markets such as the USA, Australia and New Zealand within suitable timelines. Managing exports and imports by liaising with forwarding and clearing agents.
Coordinate internal value chain activities to ensure tangible/measurable deliverables in each area
Ensure client request are actioned by allocating relevant resources to tasks
Provide regular feedback to clients
Ensure agreed upon deadlines are met
Act as a central point of contact
Translate client needs into actionable tasks
Proactively identify, analyse, and solve problems
Liaise with import and export agents and service providers
Management of related documentation
Respond to all enquiries / process quotations and the follow up on quotations
Ensuring successful execution of shipments by road, sea and airfreight
Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure smooth documentation flow by adherence to administration procedures
Provide efficient and effective delivery logistics through data management
Relevant tertiary degree
Experience with imports and exports
More than 5 years’ experience is essential
Skilled communicator, both verbal and written
Computer literate
Results-focussed
Excellent people-skills
Flexible
Ability to think innovatively
Self-motivated
Organised
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans, any foreign language will be beneficial)
Must have a good understanding of documentation processes & systems of the import and export of containers and air cargo.
Experience with agricultural products will be advantageous.
