Standard 10 (Grade 12) / N3 or equivalent
1 years relevant experience
Technical Knowledge and Skills Required
General (pre-requisite)
General administration and project coordination skills

Good at working on a system
Valid Driversβ License preferred
Min 1 year previous data entry experience in a data management environment
Data capture experience in an HR depatrment
Computer Literacy (TIER.Net, DHIS, MS Office)
Good numeracy and communication skills
Organisation (orientation/probation)
Understanding of medical and HR terminology recommended but not essential
Role (foundational knowledge)
Understanding the HR environment and the process around My Strategic Objectives
Changing knowledge requirements
