CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (COURIER/EXPRESS). Position is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

REQUIREMENTS: Matric, Driver’s License and Own Reliable Transport. Tertiary Qualifications in Sales or Logistics advantageous. 3 Years’ Experience in a Similar Role within the Courier / Express Industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring customer needs are tended to and maintaining a good relationship with clients. Manage and maintain existing business and handling customer objections.
