Purpose We are looking for a bright candidate to work in our operations team and to take full responsibility for the accuracy of the Stock Administrator role.
Qualifications Essential
• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
• Relevant qualification
Experience Essential
• 1- 2 years Admin experience
Desirable
• Stock Management experience
• Supply Chain experience
Knowledge Essential
• Excellent Excel experience / Google Sheets
• Good Communication Skills
• Technical & Analytical focus with attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starting individual with high levels of ownership
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Skills Essential
• Computer Literacy: Excel Advanced
• Numeric acumen: Math literacy and Financial impact
• Basic writing
Job objectives 1. Receiving:
• Match Delivery note detail (product, quantity) to Cold store Goods receive vouchers
• Send through if applicable invoice along with proof of delivery to relevant parties for payment
• Assist Creditors with receiving documents
2. Issuing of stock:
• Follow up and correct delivery notes issues
• Help planning on emergency orders
•Do random checks on delivery notes to control average weights charged
• Load weekly prices and control weekly prices to stores
3. Balancing of stock:
• Setup weekly recons on Issuing vs Goods received stock
• Maintaining of weekly stock sheets
• Weekly controls and checkpoints
