Cellular Sales
Optimise target delivery and energise team to grow brand and customer base through effective management of stock and systems
Key Outputs/ Responsibilities Include:

Sales targets – achievement of overall store objectives to ensure profitability and growth of the branch;
Customers – offer a unique customer interface, creating opportunities to delight the customer with exceptional service;
Store management –operate store in line with training and guidelines;
Brand image- manage store in line with business guidelines presenting a professional image of the brand at all times;
Stock – Management of stock levels and control of losses; maintenance of POS materials ensuring current and up to date promotions in place;
Employees – Manage branch staff to ensure that targets are met and that employees are competently delivering against goals and objectives;
Operations –apply systems knowledge to effectively manage day to day store activities; and
Health and safety – compliance with all regulations
Key Competencies:

Matric with tertiary sales qualification or industry recognized training certificates.
Minimum 5+ years- experience in cellular sales
2 years store management experience
Cellular product and service knowledge
Self-starter who works autonomously with minimal support
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Accountable
Goal oriented
Demonstrates integrity/confidentiality
