Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Spa Receptionist for a luxury hotel situated on the outskirts of Hermanus.

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12
1 year Reception experience
ITEC , SAAHSP, CIDESCO qualification preferable
Job Requirements:

Have a keen awareness of health and safety issues.
Ability to create a calm environment where clients can relax.
Be able to treat client information with confidentiality.
Meet and greet all clients/ guests
Perform reception duties – answering phone, booking appointments, assisting reception

Keeping treatment rooms up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness
Deal with complaints and hand over to Assistant Spa Manager if necessary
Provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service to all members/guests at all times providing a high standard of customer care
Flexible on work hours and available to work on weekends

This position offers a salary of R7,000 which includes provident fund and a contribution of 50% to Medical Aid. a Transport allowance is also provided on selected routes and meals on duty.
