REQUIREMENTS:

Matric with Marketing, Social Media or Public Relations qualification

Display initiative working in a passionate environment

Very competent computer skills

Must be able to work shifts

Excellent grammar skills for writing in English (and Afrikaans when needed)


DUTIES:

Monitoring client’s customers on all social media platforms

Interact with customers and fans on various social network online platforms

Participate in online questions and offering solutions for various requirements

Liaise with social media across all brand channels

Accurately document and close all interactions timeously

Document all date in the Company CRM system in order to do follow-up’s on all interactions related to Social Media

Extensive professional liaison between customer service department, Clients, external representatives and other departments within the Company

General administration duties

Update the database with changes affecting each customer and/or interaction

Daily taking on new task requirements

Working within a team environment and following the shift schedule requirement


SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience
