Overview
Bearings International is a member of the Hudaco Group and is a leading distributor of Bearings and Power Transmission products in Southern Africa. We are looking for a well presented, motivated indivdual to join our dynamic team as a SHEQ Administrative Assistant to be responsible for updating of documents, quotations, managing files and also all other general offices clerk duties within the ISO department.

Minimum Skills and Knowledge Rquired
National Senior Certificate / Matric
Experience as an office assistant or in related field
Computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint
Behavioural Dimensions Required
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and limited supervision
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet deadlines
Brief Description of Key Performance Areas
Updateing and maintaining of ISO documents
Following-up and recording of information for reports in the department
Organizing and maintaining office areas
Performing general office clerk duties and errands
Managing filing system
Efficient communication with all branches and departments
