Grade 12&
clear criminal record.
NQF 4: Labour Recruitment or related HR Qualification
TES experience is preferential but if no TES experience TES training module must be covered in induction
Up to 2 years supervisory or HR generalist experience
Knowledge of labour relations and employment legislation
Knowledge and understanding of payroll associated administration and processes
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) with intermediate skills
Own vehicle and drivers licence.
Proactive, can work independently , can work under
pressure.
Excel and Word.
Required Skills
Communication Skills : 3 to 4 years
Service Delivery Management : 3 to 4 years
Financial Management Payroll Administration : 2 to 3 years
