Your role will involve:

Being knowledgeable about food and the products on sale on the store.
Comfortably approaching customers and explaining our extensive product range.
Serving and assisting customers and working on our POS system with ease.

Answering questions and providing any necessary information customers require.
Building excellent relationships with customers and suppliers alike.
Maintaining an enticing, clean, tidy and hygienic retail area.
Maintaining and monitoring stock.
Meeting sales targets and creating a positive work environment.
Candidate Requirements
Our perfect Retail Sales and Customer Service Assistant will have:

Matric certificate and basic mathematics proficiencies.
A minimum of two years of retail sales experience, with traceable and contactable references, and a proven track record.
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
Accountability, be a strong team player, be self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile.
A refined attention to detail, with a sense of style, be presentable and fit our brand.
Have reliable transport and be timeous.
Enthusiasm for a challenging work environment with growth opportunities.
