We currently seek a passionate Reservations Agent to ensure that the highest standard of service is achieved when reserving accommodation for our guests, as well as promoting additional services.

Key responsibilities of the Reservations Agent will include:
Ensure that reservations are made and updated accurately
Ensure harmonious communication with other departments and guests
Maximise revenue generating opportunities, whilst enhancing the guest service experience, in accordance with LQA Standards
ensuring that all reservations related administration and reporting is completed timely
The ideal candidate for the Reservations Agent position should:

Have attention to the details
Have the ability to maintain relationships with both internal and external guests
Be efficient and have professional communication skills
Be able to multitask
Ability to work as part of a team
