Objectives of the role
• Position available at a prestigious financial services company
• To create an experience of ease and personal focus for clients visiting our offices
• To enable a seamless operation between business and clients/visitors through cohesive teamwork
• To align Reception to the business service strategy
• To facilitate internal clients in achieving their service objectives through flexible and supportive delivery
• Deal with elevated queries
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Execute a high level of front line service delivery and engagement with clients, internal staff and event coordinators through high energy levels and dynamism
• Keep track of regular visitors and develop a customized experience based on individual needs
• Foster and maintain a team service and client experience focused culture
• Meet and greet visitors and clients when they enter our building
• Offer and coordinate beverages to clients and visitors
• Answer switchboard on a rotational basis
Qualifications and Experience
• Matric-essential
• Tertiary qualification-advantageous
• Previous client facing experience within the hospitality industry-highly advantageous
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans
• Computer Literate
• Strong client focus
• Receptionist required with hospitality industry working experience
