Main Functions of the Job
Answer the telephone and transfer the calls to the relevant person or take messages.
Receive customers and visitors in reception and direct them to the correct person to see
Carry out any filing and office admin as required
Assisting with Creditors department and reconcilement of accounts.

Experience in admin / creditors / accounting advantageous
