Product Delivery Manager - Fintech Company in Cape Town

Leading Fintech company in Cape Town
Knowledge of Financial Services, Software solutions within Fintech, Payment technology is ideal
Salary circa R600k per month depending on experience
Purpose of the role is to drive delivery of product lines. We are seeking people who can think big, communicate, simplify, prioritise, manage trade-offs and execute.
As a Product Delivery manager, you will be responsible for turning the product roadmap into a reality. As the primary liaison between the Product Manager and Agile based development team, you will be accountable for maximising the delivery of multiple product teams and successfully delivering product releases that align with company and product goals.

Essential skills and experience required:

At least 5 years previous Product Delivery or Project Management experience working within an Agile environment
Ideally working within a vendor or external client facing environment
Financial Services/ Payment /Fintech industry experience (ideal)
Ability to understand the needs of the customer

Ability to simplify complex solutions
Minimum of 5 years in a development environment, working on medium to large projects and products
Technical background within a development environment (SDLC), coupled with the ability to understand complex business and technical concepts
Has strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
A track record of successful delivery working across multiple teams, on multiple products in a fast paced, market driven environment
Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Solution and results driven attitude with the ability to respond quickly to and manage change
Educational / Qualifications:

BCOM or IT Degree
Agile training and certification
Project Management certification
