The Personal Assistant to General is responsible to provide effective, efficient and responsive administrative and logistical service to the General Manager.
Key Performance Areas
Provide effective and efficient office management and administrative functions.
Attend meetings and ensure General Manager is well prepared for meetings.
Assist General Manger in the management of the office budget.
Provide reports as and when required.
Qualifications and Experience
A National Diploma in Office Administration/Management at NQF Level 6.
A certificate in relation to the functional discipline will be an added advantage.
Above average Computer Literacy.
SAP experience will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years working experience as a PA/Secretary or similar environment, of which 1 year should been rendered for Senior Management, is a prerequisite.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R349.998 .00 per annum, negotiable.
