Our client in Paarl is urgently looking for a Payroll Clerk to join their dynamic and ever-expanding Accounting Firm. This is a great opportunity for a sharp, adaptable quick-thinker who is eager to support a team of movers and shakers.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Load new employees
Processing
Earnings/Deductions/Leave/Retrieve Hours or time sheets from relevant person
Processing: Terminations
Processing: Payments
Reporting: Bi Weekly
Print UIF 19 and Employee Service Certificate from Smart Report and save on UIF folder
Back up all Companies as required
HR Reports (Month End)
Record Keeping
REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

HR diploma or degree with VIP / Pastel Payroll experience
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role


SALARY:

R10 000 (negotiable depending on experience)
