Purpose of role

Coach clients to achieve a healthy financial lifestyle
Meet monthly sales targets and drive collections
Personal and telephonic interaction with clients (and potential clients)
Build and nurture sustainable relationship with clients and external stakeholders
Build and develop a pipeline of new business. (Leads will be provided. Successful incumbents market Octogen products and services to generate their own leads)
Qualifications & Experience

Matric / Grade 12
Post matric business related qualification an advantage
Good working knowledge of MS Office

2+ years' working experience in a client services / financial services / retail environment
2+ years' sales / consulting experience
Good working knowledge of the National Credit Act
Skills & Attributes

High energy levels and a sense of urgency
Target driven
Ability to empathise and influence
Ability to identify challenges and provide appropriate solutions
Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
