Learnership in Call Centre Sales

We at Selldirect fully understand that not all matriculants are given the opportunity to study. Some of you don’t have the funds or you were declined.

We are now giving 20 past pupils the opportunity to receive a NQF level 2 in Contact Centre Support. This is a government funded learner ship valued at R25000. The learner ship is for 12 months with extensive training, while you receive a Basic salary and uncapped commission. In other words EARNING WHILE YOU LEARNING!!!

THE WHO:

Positive “can do” attitude coupled with vibrant enthusiasm
Articulate and confident in presentation , definitely has to be able to negotiate on any level
Self-motivated, Driven and able to work independently and under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
THE OFFER:

Basic Salary R3500 – Plus Uncapped Commission!!
Generous commission structure

We do provide all successful candidates with training. Includes sales training, product training as well as processes training.
Operating hours are Mon – Fri 8am – 5:30pm
REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Sales experience in a service delivery environment/ Call Centre
Clear Criminal and Credit record – We are a registered Financial Service Provider.
Clear Command of the English Language
