Internal Sales / Product Support – Cape Town

Well established technical company has an opportunity for an Internal Sales / Product Support person that is people orientated and outgoing and want to be part of a great team.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Excellent knowledge of Tools and Equipment.
Minimum of 5 years Internal Sales experience in a similar environment.
MS Office
Kerridge/ERP Software experience.
Key Performance Areas includes, but is not limited to:

To ensure excellent and speedy branch service support.

Product identification and branch assistance with quotes.
Stock ordering / processing of orders.
Supplier evaluation and interaction.
Assisting with stock management initiatives, including model adjustments, price overrides, top-ups and backorders.
Maintaining supplier information, catalogue requests and new product information.
Compiling of special offers and co-ordination with marketing team.
Catalogue update adjustments
Stock take counts when required.
