Internal Sales Lady / Warehouse Manageress

Our Client is setting up a depot (small warehouse) of stock for its Cape Town distributors.



Roles & Responsibilities

Receive orders from local customers, by phone / email
Assist with queries re stock on hand / backorders / ETA / pricing / etc
Process orders into our Palladium ERP system (similar to Pastel / Sage etc)
Send pick slips through to warehouse for picking and packing
Prepare invoices, delivery notes.
Ad-hoc queries from JHB office
We are looking for:

Previous experience with an ERP system such as Pastel / Sage / Palladium etc
Good office manager type experience – you need to be able to resolve problems and have initiative.
