Position Synopsis:
We are looking for reliable front-line staff who can work independently for various temporary assignmentsand short-term contracts.
Current ontract length: 6 months.
Job Description:
Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests.
Dealing with guests.
Acting as a first point of contact.
Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
Controlling access to the manager/executive.
Organising events and conferences.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric.
Experience: either previous Reception experiende or Hospitality frontline staff (check in desks, banking frontline, receptionists, PA’s, Hosts, etc.
Must be available for contract role assignments - 3 to 6 months and the likes.
Own car is advantageous.
