Applying techniques to convert new registrations and then maintain client retention.
Personally develop relationships with clients to forge trust, loyalty, and superior service to enhance the clients gaming experience.
Staying in constant communication with clients
Online chat support
Make inbound and outbound calls

Requirements:

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Numeric, oral, and written language applications (30+ wpm)
Excellent relationship building skills
Psychological analysis ability

Strong negotiation skills
Live chat support experience an added advantage
Preferably a tertiary education added advantage
