CAPE TOWN | BASIC SALARY R20 000 – R30 000 PER MONTH + FULL MEDICAL AID + PROVIDENT (NEGOTIABLE TO EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)

Our client is a NATIONAL and well-established Property Development company. They are an AMAZING COMPANY that has many exciting developments currently in progress. They are seeking EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN with a strong Residential Construction background.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have 3+ years’ experience in building high end residential developments
Matric is essential
A completed Tertiary Qualification in this line of work is IDEAL
Previous FOREMAN experience in Finishing, General Construction, Residential Developments is essential

Must have a stable career history
Must have a CLEAR ITC & CRIMINAL RECORD – ESSENTIAL
