Duties and Functions: Marketing for the Company, including but not limited to visiting
selected clients, contractors, engineers and Government Departments to
introduce our services to companies within the industry, obtaining new
business for the company, negotiating for new works/contracts with
existing clients, client visits and site visits etc.Basic office administration including: correspondence, filing, completion of applications/forms, answering telephone calls, e-mails and
faxes, liaising with clients and Head Office. Maintaining computer folders
and maintaining job records and client records. Arranging the upkeep
of premises, office equipment and inventory, etc.Assisting the Contract’s Manager with team control and stock control. Submitting safety files and all site documentation. Arranging
appointments and payments for medicals, inductions and safety courses as
required from time to time. Weekly update of job lists.Submitting month end salary information for the Witbank branch,
including overtime, casual wages, absenteeism, non-conformities,
mishandling of equipment and transport, etc, or any other relevant staff
details to Head Office. Preparing invoices and writing up monthly
details for petty cash and expenses. Basic requirements: MatricMinimum 3 years of administration experience (within the
record (technical sales experience would be preferable)Technically minded – able to understand technical aspects of the
company’s quotations and installation processes.Computer literate (intermediate skill level – Word, Excel, Outlook)Well-spoken with good communication skills (English & Afrikaans)Strong knowledge in compiling Safety Files.Own reliable vehicle – NOT NEGOTIABLEDriver’s license - NOT NEGOTIABLE
