Assistant Rental Agent

Our company MLT Corporation in the Tourism Industry in Cape Town, is seeking to recruit assistant Rental Agent with Drivers license

Duties:

Operate and maintain vehicles with a focus on safety and customer service;
Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections;
Performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary
Fuelling the vehicles and ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported;
Keep logs of activities and deliveries and collections of vehicles
Do run around errands when available
Prepare vehicles for delivery
Do transfers for the marine section when required
Working hours: (shift work and overtime when required, to be discussed at the interview)

Experience and Skills Required:

Be in procession of valid South African Driver’s license compulsory with PDP(advantage);
Excellent written & verbal communication with people on all levels
Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills; Punctual, friendly and hard working
Experience in the hospitality & tourism industry preferable; Professional and presentable
Proficiency in the English command;
Have the ability to work under pressure; and Good time management skills
Enjoy anticipating & exceeding guest expectations.
A positive attitude while performing work that is subject to critical time constraints. This is a demanding but stimulating position that require shift work
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R4,500.00 to R5,000.00 /month
