Assistant Baker

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Baker with a Cape Town Dutch Farm in the Northern Suburbs. Looking for a jovial and self-motivated individual to be part of the team looking to further their experience.
General Duties:

Provide baker’s assistant services to bakers and chefs in a bakery or restaurant set up.
Assist baker in cooking and preparations of bread, cakes, pastries and other items.
Maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
Develop and create new delicious bakery products and recipes.
Ensure total customer satisfaction through baking of delicious bakery products.
Strictly adhere to food safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products.
Requirements:

Internship / Short-course experience would be advantageous.
Post-Matric Qualification would be advantageous.
Personal Traits:

Passionate and self-driven.
Creative.
Hospitable.
