About the Position
Requirements:
Matric or equivalent NQF2 -
3 years of experience in an Admin roleSystems
Understanding, numeracy and report writing
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
Strong administrative capabilities
Great organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Handling extensive administration - creating Excel spread sheets
Draw up service reports
Assist with stock takes and stock balancing weekly
Controlling in transit listing and receiving
Assist with filing of invoices, job cards,
Draw day end reports
General housekeeping
Assisting with overseas shipment and local suppliers
Ensuring FHG purchase orders match supplier invoices
Controlling daily technicians log, recovery log and breakdown
Checking job cards and monitoring billable and recoveryWillingness to do overtime and Saturday work when required
