An opportunity for an semi - experienced JUNIOR WORKSHOP & SAFETY ADMINISTRATOR is required for permanent employment based in Rustenburg.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General workshop administration duties
• Filing

• Invoicing
• Telephone / Customer service
• Updating safety file
• Workshop / Technician / Equipment safety checks
• Inspection schedules
• Delegate Technicians / co-ordinating maintenance tasks
• Uploading / scanning documents
• Tool box talks / PPE control
• Stock taking / stock issuing / controlling materials, parts and equipment
• Position reports to the Branch Manager


EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Min 2 years exp in a similar role & duties / exp in project administration roles (mining industry).
• Workshop environment exp (required)
• Computer literate + Afrik communication
• Own transport with drivers licence
• Reliable & dependable
• Traceable references / Clear criminal record / Soberminded
