Job Function:
To respond to support and service queries from clients and to commission new systems regarding access control and CCTV by providing exceptional customer service
Responsibilities:
To communicate and liaise with clients (internal and external) regarding implementations and support calls
To adhere to process and procedures to resolve support calls and projects
To ensure that the project budget is managed within the scope according to SI policy and procedure as well as the sales proposal. Any deviations must be conveyed to all stakeholders timeously.
To communicate and liaise with clients (internal and external) regarding implementations and manage customer expectations in a professional manner in line with project deliverables as per project timeline.
To identify and manage all risks related to the project
To ensure that all the allocated and contracted development activities (Individual Development Plan) between manager and employee is successfully completed within the Altron policy and procedure framework.
Job Requirements:
Matric
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of Access Control and CCTV experience
Knowledge of IT networks
Essential Competencies:
Knowledge of MS Servers
Good communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Goal and deadline driven
Organised and a methodical and logical approach to tasks/project/job
Advantageous Competencies:
Knowledge of SAGEM / Morpho / IDEMIA readers
Advanced networking knowledge
