A Support Technician position has become available with one of our clients in Central Johannesburg.
Responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
Get to know the environment and making improvement suggestions to the PM
Resolve and coordinate all client queries
Responsible for all desktop queries
Resolving daily calls
Liaising with all relevant parties to resolve calls as per SLA
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
Grade 12
A+/N+
ITIL Foundation
2+ years' Desktop Support experience
Microsoft Office experience
Skills required:
Communication
Team work
Networking and connecting with people
Problem identifation and analysis
