Snr Specialist: OD & Assessments

Responsible for the creation and execution of an integrated assessment and Organisational Development strategy to support
Group's ability to attract, retain, engage and develop top talent. Most specifically, this role drives the design and implementation of
assessments, culture and change management strategies, plans and courses of action that increase the effectiveness of the business and facilitate the engagement of employees in support of strategic intent and business goals.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION

Registration as a Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA); minimum of 3 years
registration (in order to supervise intern I/O psychologist/s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Psychology (NQF level 9). A relevant business/ HR qualification will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

At least 7 years relevant HR/ organisational development experience which must include at least 2 years assessment experience

Availability after hours
