About the Position
To assist with the accurate capturing of IMS data for the division/site and to analyses, evaluate, report and maintain recordkeeping on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
To timeously co-ordinate, administrate and present SHEQ, IMS, ISO, Achiever, Isometrix, MES SharePoint, X-Time and Qlickview related training for the division/site to ensure compliance, awareness and skills enhancement.
To arrange and co-ordinate IMS audit logistics and administration for the audit as per the audit plan.
To facilitate the implementation of IMS manual, the maintenance of IMS documents and housekeeping of the IMS system to ensure compliance with the relevant IMS standard for the division/site.
To accurately capture SHERQ data for the SHERQ function / department to enable analysis, evaluation, reporting and recordkeeping on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
To accurately capture SHERQ related physical records, procedures and documents on a daily basis for the SHERQ department to ensure good recordkeeping for auditing and legal compliance.
To accurately and timeously process financial administrative duties for the SHERQ department to ensure timeous execution of these duties on a daily basis.
Grade 12, Certificates
ISO 9001 Auditors Course Ideal:ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Qualification or B.Tech Quality Management Systems
Basic Knowledge of SHERQ systems\
5yrs operational experience in a Chemical/Petro-chemical/Heavy Industry Manufacturing Environment
