Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing remote support utilise the remote tools

Working with routers and switches

 

 
Working within the service desk environment

Logging, resolving and closing calls

Incident Management and Escalation

General:

Employment Type: 12 month contract
Salary: R 12 500 per month
