To ensure efficient handling of customer repairs as per Company policies and procedures.
To ensure faulty/damaged items received from the sales floor are returned to the suppliers for repair or for credit in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
To advise the Store Manager of any damaged merchandise which may be suitable only for auction/breakage allowance.
To be aware of IR policies and procedures when maintaining discipline.
To maintain a high standard of security in Service Centre at all times.
Dispatch goods back to suppliers for credit, when necessary.
To maintain housekeeping in Service Centre.
The successful applicant must have been signed of as fully competent in his / her current position.
• Computer Literate MS Office and POM
Completed the following Training:
• Customer Service and Telephone Skills; Money
Management; Business Etiquette; Ethics - High Impact;
• CBT Train The Trainer; IR for Management; Performance Appraisals; Recruitment and Selection
