We are looking for a dynamic and progressive Sales Manager to join this Business Solutions Team in Durban. Candidates from the Copier , Printer, CCTV / Security or Telecommunication industries would suit this role best. The purpose of this role is to Manage a Team of up to 5-7 sales people , mostly local , however may include different regions.

Role & Responsibilities :


Weekly Individual meetings (KPI)
Weekly Team sales meetings.
Bi-Weekly report meetings with business owners
Training with staff
Deal with Customer Queries (together with service team)
Assist with , and Check quotations
Perform and manage new business generation , through networking , cold calling , flyer drops etc.
Personality Traits Required for this Role :

Hard working ambitious individual , with good communication skills , who wants to build his / her personal long term wealth. Experience and understanding of working with numbers , managing sales targets , pipelines , margin requirements.

Ability to manage staff in line with business objectives and strategies
