To provide timely administrative & service support to all sales consultants that will ensure continued success and growth of the department.
Job Outputs:
€¢ Provide timely and effective administration support and assistance to members for all Iemas products
€¢ Attend to general enquiries and complaints
€¢ Filing and record keeping of contracts
Qualifications:
€¢ Matric
€¢ Post-school qualification will be an advantage
€¢ 1-2 years administrative or customer service experience
Experience:
Knowledge and Skills:
Code 8 drivers€™ license
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Multilingual including English
