Qualifications / Requirements
• Successful and proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant essential (not negotiable)
• Ability to handle all aspects of the permanent recruitment process, with a high sense of responsibility and commitment to the role
• Stable work record
• Individual needs to have a passion for recruitment and people, with professional business approach, cast iron integrity and work ethics
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and sense of urgency required
• Good English spelling and grammar essential
• Strong communication and presentation skills
