Purpose of the Role
Capitec Bank is on the lookout for a dynamic, self-motivate team member sharing our passion for excellent client service. As a Reconciliation Clerk you are required to perform daily FIN reconciliations, ensuring that all reconciliations are done timeously and accurately. Ideally the person should be available immediatly to work a 3 month contract.


Qualifications
National Senior Certificate( Grade 12) or National Certificate ( Vocational)
A relevant tertiary qualification (i.e.N6 in Finance or Higher) would be advantageous

Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with:
1+ years experience in reconciliations or
A finance qualification and knowledge of reconciliations.


Knowledge and skills
Accounting (Financial Reconciliation)
Numeric and Logical Reasoning
Communication (written and verbal)
Computer literacy/competency in MS Office (Excel etc.)
Experienced ability to resolve problems without supervision
Computer literacy (MS Office, Advanced Excel)
Analytical skills
Interpersonal skills
Communication skills
Attention to detail


Additional Requirements
• Clear credit record
• Clear criminal record
• Access to transport (personal / public)
• Must have fingerprints which are detectable / recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system (system related requirement)
