Job Description
The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer services as the face of the Hyundai Parts Retail Distribution/Apex and to maintain good client relations at all times. The candidate will be expected to handle all adhoc as and when required to.


Specific Role Responsibilities
-To ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely manner

-To ensure customers comfort in the reception area
-To manage the switchboard i.e. transferring calls, taking messages etc
-To assist in managing boardrooms and ensuring that the front desk is presentable
-To assist with any other ad hoc duties
-To manage deliveries and courier services


Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- 2-3 years experience in the same or similar role


Skills and Personal Attributes

- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Assertive
- Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Word & Excel
