Manufacturing Company requires a Receptionsit / Counter Sales person for their Bloemfontein Branch.
Answer switchboard on a timeous 3 ring call, and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner
Screening calls
Take messages
Promote a sense of professionalism “First Impressions”
Ensures housekeeping in reception is of a high standard at all times
Processing orders correctly
Quoting counter customers
Filing
General reception duties
Assist Internal Sales with general admin duties
Recording overtime for wages

Grade 12, with Math’s
Good people skills
Multilingual
Computer skills Microsoft Office
Own initiative
Admin Orientated
Presentable & respectable
Coherent

Reliable
Previous Reception/Switchboard experience essential
