Purpose of the Role:
To provide reception services at the front office of Ulwembu Business Services, which entails:
a.) Answering of the phone/switchboard and relaying calls to requested or appropriate managers/staff and taking messages as required,
b.) Welcoming/receiving of visitors and arranging for them to see the appropriate manager/staff member,
c.) Dealing with telephonic queries or those from visitors as a first line of service,
c.) Maintaining a friendly approach as well as a presentable reception area, and
d.) Provide clerical, data capturing and typing services that may be required from time to time
Furthermore, to perform basic administrative and general office duties involving standing in for colleagues, and record & file maintenance, copying, faxing etc. as required by users/colleagues in Ulwembu Business Services. To project a brand-true image at the reception/telephone interface
