Candidate Duties:
Diary and timesheet management for the Director, Associate Director and Senior Managers (X2)
Perform ad hoc requests and general administrative support to the Director, Associate Director and Senior Managers (X2)
Schedule and coordinate client meetings including organising venues and catering, drafting meeting agendas, taking and issuing minutes and maintaining attendance registers
Handle/screen calls and take accurate messages
Draft correspondence General Administrative Support:
Arranging venues and catering
Arrange and coordinate all travel requests
Assist with document formatting, including presentations, reports and proposals
Ensure that strong room archiving is up to date
Ensure that filing is up to date
Producing invoices
Grade 12 / Matric is essential
Secretarial / Administration Diploma preferable/ excellent experience
Drivers license preferable
Experience in a personal assistant or administrative role
