Marketing Manager Cosmetic brand Durban

Classical marketing manager for top FMCG company with personal care experience, based in Durban.
Responsible for the development & implementation of the respective cosmetic brand(s) in Southern Africa in line with global and regional strategy/requirements.

Ownership of allocated portfolio, including development of new or modification of already existing products, development & execution of marketing support (ATL/BTL), price and margin management.

Effectively measures and reports on the performance of all marketing initiatives.

Responsible for ensuring relevant pipeline development for the following 2-3 years.

Effective development and coaching of work subordinates.

Part of the overall running of the operational management of the local organization.

Development & control of the Marketing budget.

Planning of market researches, incl. analysis.

Minimum BCOM Marketing or Equivalent, preferable Honours, Masters or MBA

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant marketing and brand experience, with proven track record

Salary determined by experience.
