Pharmacy Connect is a recruitment agency that recruits pharmacy professionals into pharmacy environments. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant (contract position) who will assist us to promote and advertise our business to existing and prospective clients. The position involves the following responsibilities:
Advertising – bringing our business to the attention of potential customers
Promoting – keeping our activities in the minds of customers and helping stimulate the demand for our services
Marketing – understanding the needs of our customers, and positioning our products and services accordingly
Publicity – getting our company frequently mentioned in the media
News – Disseminating timely information about issues that inform, educate and entertains our customers
Public relations – activities that strengthen our credibility, enhance our image, and develop goodwill with our customers and stakeholders
- fluency in written and spoken English
- a matric, a diploma/certificate from a business college and/or degree in marketing/business from a university
- at least 3 years of good admin + people + telephone skills
- at least 3 years of experience with word, excel and internet
- at least 3 years of experience working in a marketing environment
- driver's license
