Client based in Midrand looking for a Marketing Assistant -



MUST

Own car and drivers license essential
Duties:

• Accurate data capturing of student details and filing of interview sheets

• Assisting with Roadshow preparation

• Administrative support for Career Fairs and Winter School

• Student Correspondence

• Responsible for all marketing stock and promotional materials

• Responsible for managing the marketing teams diary

• Ensuring that all consulting rooms are ready with appropriate information sheets and files

• Assisting with all database administration and associated correspondence

• General administration in support of the marketing department

• Provide relief for receptionists and assist with front line reception when needed including main switchboard

• Campus specific ad hoc duties

Competencies required:



• High level of accuracy required in both typing and data capturing

• Best suited to a systematic person with an eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent organisational and administration skills

R10k pm + (Pension fund included in CTC. Medical aid optional)
