Maintenance Co-Ordinator
A large player in facilities management, is looking for a dynamic, focused, and driven individual to join their team.
Main job function
Management and scheduling of all aspects of maintenance work
Manage schedules and coordinate maintenance team
Maintenance reports
Provide weekly schedule for the maintenance team
Feedback to Site Managers with regards to the outstanding maintenance work
Stock control
Review maintenance and casual staff contracts when necessary
Plan cost effectiveness with regards to jobs
Qualifications
Matric
OHSA Certificate
Experience/Criteria
5+ years’ experience
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of financial issues (budgets/recons etc.)
Strong Excel skills
