Loyalty & Rewards Business Development Manager-Compuscan
Compuscan Loyalty and Rewards, a niche Loyalty and CRM provider has a position available for a Business Development Manager who will be based in Johannesburg.
The incumbent will partake in understanding the market, clients and our business value proposition to identify opportunities for delivering solutions for the client. It will include to present solutions to the client base, converting ideas to billable deliverables.
The incumbent will manage and optimise client accounts, promoting and attaining new business revenue. Drive revenue growth. Develop and implement specific client sales strategies, with forecasting and measure for performance vs. the sales forecasting activities.
Formulate and articulate sales plans, measuring both lagging and leading indicators. Achieve/exceed set targets while operating within the parameters of legislation and regulations. Review market analysis and provide client insights to support client focus areas and strategy.
Key Requirements:
5+ years in a Rewards and Loyalty function
3+ years minimum in a CRM, Loyalty or Rewards business environment
Seasoned Marketer is essential
