Purpose of the Role
Learning Support Consultants in this area will be required to provide excellent learning support to Capitec Bankβs new staff compliment by attending to telephonic and written enquiries and complaints within the agreed service levels. Also to ensure workplace learning is optimised by leading learners to reach the required level of competence during the relevant Learning Programmes. This will be achieved by ensuring that a focused, high performance / high commitment environment is developed and sustained across the department in accordance to standards set by the business.
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (3 year Diploma or Degree level)
Experience
2 year experience with a retail/customer interfacing environment or Learning environment
Knowledge and skills
Communication skills (written & verbal) in English
Preferred: Able to communicate in a 3rd official language
Exceptional listening skills
Interpersonal and relationship management skills
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint)
