Attributes, Qualifications and skills:
Competent and comfortable in carrying out a range of clerical support tasks
Accurate, methodical filing skills
Experience in typing and data entry (fast, accurate typing skills)
Basic to intermediary proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Applications
Articulate, clear and professional telephone manner
Fluent communication skills
Keen eye for detail.
Proactive with a dedicated and committed work ethic
Ability to use your own initiative
Conscientious approach with the ability to multi-task
Key Responsibilities/Principal Tasks:
Carry out a range of clerical support tasks as assigned by the Office Supervisor, ensuring that the work is completed accurately and on time
Adhere to Company policies, processes and procedures
Assist with routine office correspondence
Create, prepare and archive files
Basic data entry
Assist the Front line Reception team to respond to inbound telephone queries in a friendly, professional manner
Receive and date stamp the post - distribute to relevant departments or staff members as appropriate
Ensure that the office is stationery cupboard is well-stocked and alert the Office Supervisor if stocks are low
