Requirements
Grade 12 or NQF4
Previous experience in a workshop/parts environment will be a advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
Goods received voucher and completion of invoices
Managing claims to minimize risk to the company
Oversee Stock-take process which includes corrections to stock, planning and preparation of official stock take action
Client service
Other job-related administrative duties
Ensure workshop job cards are up to date
Daily bank reconciliation
Updating warranties on system and keeping filling up to date.
